DE-TECH SYSTEMS is an industrial automation company in Vadodara, Gujarat. We design and supply electrical control panels, power panels and complete PLC / HMI automation for process plants and machine builders.
We focus only on electrical control and automation. Design, panel manufacturing, software, testing and commissioning — all done by our own engineering team. You get one responsible partner and a system that works from day one.

01What types of control panels do you manufacture?
We build LT panels — PCC, MCC, IMCC, APFC, ACDB / DCDB and flame-proof (FLP) panels — and automation panels, including PLC-based control panels, VFD panels, control desks and customised control panels. Every panel is designed as per your process, client specification and IEC standards.
02Do you also handle PLC, HMI and SCADA programming?
Yes. Design, panel manufacturing, software, testing and commissioning are all done by our own engineering team. We develop PLC logic and HMI / SCADA screens that are simple for operators and easy for maintenance teams to troubleshoot, and all software is tested before site.
03Can you build panels for hazardous areas or export markets?
Yes. We supply ATEX / IECEx panels for hazardous areas — plants handling solvents, gases or combustible dust — as well as CE and UL compliant panels for machines going to international markets.
04Is every panel tested before dispatch?
Yes. Every panel is checked as per our test procedure, and every system is tested in our workshop before it reaches your site.
05What documentation comes with the system?
Full documentation comes as standard: drawings, I/O list, test report and manual. Electrical design — single-line diagrams, GA drawings and control schematics — is developed in AutoCAD and E-Plan.
06Can you upgrade our existing machines and old panels?
Yes. We retrofit old relay and obsolete PLC panels, migrate PLC and HMI systems, and upgrade existing machines with modern safety systems on a turnkey basis, with Pilz India as our safety solution partner.
07What support do you provide after commissioning?
We stay with you after commissioning — breakdown support by phone, remote or site visit, root cause analysis reports, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and operator training.
